Hello,

I found a bug in Tall Tall Mountain: I was on my way to collect the Silver Star sprite. I had collected all 5, ready to take the Shine, but I hit a Shy Guy right when I collected it and it just disappeared!

P.S.: I was trying to play through the game 100%, but now I probably have to start a new file, because it won't count

Are you sure it didn't count? Try exiting the level through the Pause menu and re-enter. If it didn't you should be able to redo the mission and get the shine again.

I believe that losing the Shine Sprite by grabbing it at the same time as getting hit by an enemy is a known bug. It shouldn't be lost forever, but you will have to replay the level and get the Silver Stars again.

Also if it's lost you can always enable cheats by typing "cheat" on the main menu and turn Toggle Shine Sprites to ON, then pause the game while playing and click on the Shine Sprite you lost. You won't have to restart the game, and it won't be cheating.

I have heard of this before but am unable to replicate it. The star counted, and if you check the star chart on the pause menu it should show up. The star counter probably didn't go up, however the next star you got should have made it go up two.
