In the garden area (Where you fight Kamek for the first time),when you switch to another tab right when you collect the green shine sprite,the game glitches out and suffocates Mario on the spot.
After that,Mario will keep respawning at the same spot,until all lives have been drained.

Maybe this happens while collecting other Shine Sprites,too.

Opening a new tab glitches out flash. The only way to fix it would be to update the game to a newer version of flash, so yeah, it won't be fixed.
