Super Mario 63 Segmented Speedrun in 7:57

The Super Mario 63 Speedrunning Community has been working on a segmented speedrun over the past couple days. I've uploaded a work in progress to Youtube, and thought you guys might want to check it out. This run is 14 seconds faster than the real time WR, which is 8:11 by Sekanor.
