I'm playing on the newgrounds version of the game (The only official version still up to my knowledge) and noticed that even after using the unlock everything cheat, certain tilesets in the level editor remain locked.

Any way to circumvent this?

Use the other option(toggle shine sprite) in the cheat menu, then you can toggle star coins all the way to 48, so the tiles will be unlocked.
