Things I Discovered in Bowser III
Perhaps all of this is old news, but I didn't figure this out until what must be the tenth time I've played this game now. This last time I played Bowser III I discovered two things:
1. If you get the Fludds in the castle (in the secret passageways that allow access to Magma Maze), they are carried over into Bowser III. You can use them at the very beginning, and they are immensely useful. I would recommend that first-time players do it without Fludd so that they get the true feel of its awesomeness, however.
2. On the last floor before the meeting with Bowser's robot (floor three), there is an invincibility star blocked by a vertical log platform just through the door. I finally figured out how to get it. You simply charge it with Turbo Fludd and you break right through.
I hope that this is useful to other SM63 players; if not, somebody can lock this.
