Easier said than done. My guess is that you would need Macromedia Flash in order to effectively help...which is about $800. Not to mention you need to read through a lot of tutorials and study them hard just to cover the basics. And then there's the challenge of Runouw actually allowing you to help.

I have a Game Maker but the problem is, I don't know how to use it. :?

Yes. Macromedia Flash, which is what Runouw uses. And there are others, but that's pretty much the most well-known one there is.
