The best I have is MyGameBuilder.com which isn't perfect but still good. They're going to make it better next year, though by adding 3D effects and stuff...

I know it's very limited, but it's the best I have.. Who knows... OurGameBuilder might be extremely good.. I personally like how Chrono Harmony is turning out right now.
