(It dosen't need the complicated code stuff.)
Like I said before, I don't know anything about programming, and I'm too young to.
You are never to young to program, I'm 14.

Sorry guys, but I decided to cancel it. I don't find the point of making a game if I don't feel like making it. I'm not that interested in making a Mario kart game anymore. And there have been many distractions too. I don't think any of you would care either. But if there's no other excuses, it's officially cancelled everyone.

Why ever would you do that? Why aren't you interested in Mario Kart anymore? Besides the fact that it might get boring when you play it for a long time. You shouldn't do that. And last question: Why do you say you are too young in programming? You aren't. You could make it...at age 5...6...4, whatever you cancel...don't.
Seriously, what distractions made you cancel? At home? Here? Where?

I still like Mario Kart. It's that I'm not interested in making one anymore. Programming takes time and like I said before, I get a lot of distractions. Homework has been building up so much that I have to squeeze it into weekends. There are other distractions as well that I'm not bothering to tell.

Bogdan's right. You don't have to rush art, but something seriously important that takes several days, weeks or even months, you could possibly rush to make it, but it isn't my choice for you to do it, it's YOUR choice if you want to rush it or not.
Seriously, if your that busy, you don't have to make it.
Like said, you can't rush art, if you want to, you can. It's your choice.

After a seemingly long Hiatus, I'm back! Long story short:
-Although I haven't been on this forum for a while, the project will still continue so stay tuned.
-I'd like to thank Bogdan for refering me to Stencyl. It's quite a nice program for amateurs, but what I had in mind is more of a 3D game and I'm not sure if Stencyl has that kind of complicated tool that can make polygons, 3D environment e.g.
-Meanwhile, as a director, I thought up of plenty of cool ideas which I think most of you would enjoy in the final version. To avoid spoilers, I won't mention any of them. But don't worry, I'll keep it a surprise!
-If you can think of a pretty cool name for the fan-game, then I am more than happy to receive your suggestion! Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have your name suggestion turned into the name of the project!
-You are free to become a developer if you want to or want something to do during your free time. It would definitely help to have a new co-worker to support the project!
-If anyone reading this knows any programs that can create 3D animations, I would most definitely be thankful of you, because every time I look up on the Internet, Google has no idea what I'm talking about.
-As an amateur, I'd be happy to receive any advice! Every bit of support gives us more and more energy for us/me to propel the project along!
-Any suggestion/advice/audition is recommended to be posted by PM.
-Thanks for your support fans!

Oh, you're looking for a way to make a 3D game? Well that changes a bit the situation. I don't know any kind of 3D game creators, but you can always try Blitz 3D (involves programming, but it's BASIC language (Beginners All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code) which shouldn't be very hard. About 3D film makers I don't know. I guess you'll have to create the 3D models first in something like Blender or Pixologic Z-brush and then animate them in Source Filmmaker (if possible), or Adobe After-Effects (don't know if works with 3D). Personally I'd limit it to 2D for the beginning and try to avoid cutscenes. That's just a suggestion.

^Bog named the ones I was going to say. But yes, thoseare really good programs to use. Blitz was used in the production of a Minecraft spinoff where you play a dragon(it runs smoother) and my favorite scifi fps game, Tecno(sp?).
These are freeware, however. If you want the best software to use for this kind of stuff give FPS Creator a search and browse the site its on for its other peoducts. Theyre thrifty though. If yoy want to make the game look good then chances are youll have to buy the best. :/
