So pretty much what this topic is for is for when you're looking for some new music, and are open to suggestions. But in this topic, they're suggestions with reason, not just random suggestion.

How it works is one person posts a specific song or songs they like, up to 3. Then another person comes in, and if they have heard or like those songs, they can give suggestions for similar songs, or songs of the same type, that the person may/may not have heard of. You can also (and this would be a bit more convenient for the person looking for music) suggest songs not exactly the same type or similar, but one that you think someone with those music tastes might like. Also a maximum of 3, and you can also post artists that they might like(if you really want more suggestions from this person just PM them). Then they can ask for suggestions as well. This topic is pretty much for people who don't spend hours looking for music they'd like and may be looking to find something new.
