BY THE WAY, FOR ANYONE WHO'S ALREADY READ THIS TOPIC: http://www.crunchyroll.com/rwby/videos

MY FACE, IT CANNOT CONTAIN THE CONFUSION AND PLEASANT SURPRISE AT THE SAME TIME THE AMBIVALENT FEELING I HAVE TOWARDS THIS. WHUHHHHHHHHHHHHH

EDIThadtospoilit: Image
I'm sorry but these scenes just get to me sometimes

So at this point you've probably checked this topic to see what the acronym is for, how to pronounce it, or why I'd pull up an imaginary chair.

Well in November 2012, RoosterTeeth, the guys and gals who made Red VS Blue and other associated stuff uploaded this.

Monty Oum, Lead Animator of the newer RvB seasons non-machinima bits, went and created this with a crack squad of elite animators and artists. A series about girls and fighting stuff (minus the burning left eye). There are four different main characters who each represent a different colour with varying weapons and abilities and have a trailer centering around each individual girl. It premieres this July 5-7 at a RoosterTeeth Expo in Austin, Texas.
While not totally perfect in any aspect, I'm already throwing my money at the screen for a fighting game. or novel. or anything.

And this is what I yearn to be able to do by myself one day.

No, I mean in general. Animating and media in general is what I strive to do as an adult.

If I had the time and support to work on anything at the same time I'm doing schoolwork, I would. Alas, family barge in, work wears me down to the point where I fall asleep at 4-6pm and wake up at 8-10pm, and videogames and watching anime and youtube are my only source of immediate gratification and escapism. Having a nearly infinite range of interests is taxing.

In short, I'd probably have to wait until I pursue it in college before I can do anything significant. At the very least, I can study but not practice.

Anyway, thanks for sharing. Wish I could go to RTX, but I have AX that I can't quit going to now.

Just wanted to throw that out there considering RWBY has been out and the official character personalities and relations have been established.

If a fanmade 2D arcade fighter with all the RWBY characters were made, I would be sooo happy.
