It's not that bad. It's about as bad as Amazing World of Gumball, Fanboy and ChumChum, and Regular Show. It has it's quirky humor that doesn't make sense, but that's what makes it amusing.

Regular Show isn't bad. Gumball isn't bad. Fanboy and Chumchum? Yes.
Uncle grandpa? Definitely.
They both rely on the "random" factor to be entertaining.

Its got great things like...
Unrealistic characters that can't really be related to!
Badly photoshopped characters that don't fit in!
The random factor that's supposed to make you laugh because...pineapples.
One sided stories that are either too bland to enjoy or too hard to follow.

In other words, its a bad version of Gumball which can use things like this the right way and make you enjoy watching it, and I would rate it a 2/10, other than the Steven Universe episode because that show is decent and did an OK job with mixing the two.

Also Fanboy and ChumChum, best stated by Mr. Enter "The characters Fanboy and ChumChum are annoying, obnoxious, and cause MIGRAINES."
