Yeah, I think that video game music is a bit underappreciated. Who else thinks so?

I don't think so, >:) Because most of the music is usually been heard of before, and its an endless loops so some background musics you just get sick of.

SUPER MARIO GALAXY SOUNDTRACK <3

If I like a game's music, I often buy the soudntrack too.

I got only SMG :P

There are some BG musics only made on the computer, but as you see- I mean hear, it's much better played by a orchestra.

Most people just ignore it.
But play a game without BG music.

It feels empty.

After going through the back of my locker full of stuff, I found my original Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time game box. I opened it and found a little catalog that included the soundtrack of all the music from the game for only 10 dollars. I might order it.... but the catalog was made 10 years ago...

Me. Definitely.

For some reason, video game music is my favorite type of music. I'm always humming them, and very rarely do I not have one stuck in (or at least playing in the back of) my head! I don't know why, but I really don't like all those "popular songs" which other people listen to nowadays... I think it has something to do with the fact that I like music which has an experience to which I can relate (which, in the case of video game music, is the game), whereas those other songs are just, well, songs. Or I'm just weird like that. <_<

Well, on one video on YouTube, I heard "SSBB-Tetris B" & went to see the comments while I was hearing it. I saw some comments saying like, "So what if it sounds Mexican?" So, I think a little bit of SSBB's music is a bit unappreciated, too.
