Music tool needed?

Does anyone know a music tool that can raise a songs volume and can make it loop? Plz i need one for custom brawl music.
I'm Pretty sure I should put something here...

Audacity can raise the volume.

For the looping, I found something:

Suyo Audicity has a problem. It won't save MP3's and that is the only file the Brstm convertor takes. Also I'm still looking for a looping program.
I'm Pretty sure I should put something here...

Export the file, then you can save it as an MP3.

Still didn't work.
But never mind i found and fixed the problem.
I just need to find out how to make stuff loop now.

With audicity. You can make it play 241 times but it is 4..63 GB.
But you can make the song loop with the Brstm converter.
I'm Pretty sure I should put something here...
