Even if you convert a JPG into a PNG, they will still have bad quality. Keep that in mind.

If it isn't worth it...Then I'll just say you're a lazy bum. Most people take between 1-6 days to make a Sprite Comic if you already have ideas.
If you don't, it'll take a tad bit longer, but not 3 weeks.
...Which means I've been just slacking off since the last time I made a Sprite Comic.
...And me needz ideas too.

1-6 dayz huh? i can create a comic in a hour or two provided I have the sprites I need. Though I only create a comic when I get an idea and thusly they are few and far in between.

I have to recolour heaps of sprites for this one and i aint too good at recolouring. Plus, i got school again.

Paint.net, Bucket fill tool, global setting on, tolerance 0%. Much faster.
