alucard, I tried animating the sprites you posted, but they really don't match. They look awkward animated and just don't work, no matter what I do. Are you sure that's the whole strip of the running sprites, and that none are missing?

that should be all of them maybe you are making it to fast or to slow.

I've tried it multiple times at all sorts of different speeds and they all end up either very similar to this, or worse:

Anyway, do you have the full sheet for the character by any chance? That might help..
