Use Microsoft Office Picture Manager and re-size it.

WUT? I've checked, I don't think I have it.....

If you have Microsoft Word then you know you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

i resized it, but couldn't get rid of the logo. the quality looks kind of bad though. gimp doesn't resize gifs to exact proportions unless the image is exactly say, eg: 400x400 resized to 100x100.
