It's a theme I composed for my concept game, Heartfelt.

Sorry about the lack of content, but I'm just not good.

The shadowing's a bit off (especially in one part between the "Heart Felt" thing and the far right edge), and there's some unneeded lines sticking out from the lines on the top left and bottom right, and a couple in the top right. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Vista Shmista is better than average. The folders and icons are pretty accurate. Only thing wrong with it is it doesn't have a wallpaper the topright smiley. It looks majorly meh. :s

Power of Text is almost good. Just fix the a on the right side of the black block. You can't see the other 1/4 of it.
