A Simple Request

I need a sigbar. Obviously I'm not fit to do the job myself. So I need help.
Another thing, this isn't for me, well it is for me but I meant....it isn't for Avolerators. It's for my other profile on a different forum. MathewJJA.

Details:
- Needs to be 550 x 200
- Has to have MathewJJA in big text. Not just regular text. But....I'll leave the kind of text to you.
- It needs to include things I like. For example: Guitar Hero, Music, Portal, Instruments.
- Any other decorations are not needed, but are welcome.
