Silent Conversations and a Crow's Final Song!
My latest story, and one of my personal favorites. A girl bound in silence finds the words to say to her prospective girlfriend as they visit her religious father in a dusty town on the edge of Kansas, where the crows' migration south brings forth anchored memories, the path to resolution, and a new start.

The soon-to-be-discontinued www.picnik.com. A pretty pedestrian product that's about to merge with Google+. I might get accustomed to any similar photoediting site to that, but it'll be tough to find. Maybe photoshop...

Photoshop is a pretty costly program that you have to buy. I have a pretty old version of it, myself. You're better off downloading GIMP, though I hear that it's a bit more difficult to get accustomed to. It also doesn't have all these really specific effects as I quickly scroll through and test the hell out of this. A lot of what you do would have to be pretty from scratch.

Well... my friend says I should use SAI for art. I really need a recommendation on whether to use GIMP or SAI.

Should I just get GIMP and wait till I can get money for SAI since the free version was on megaupload?

I haven't tried paint tool SAI yet, so I'll have to check up on that. I look at some speedpaint videos and it really intrigues me, so I'd get SAI.
