No that's not what I mean.
Did you edit the front sprites from the unedited back sprites? The real front sprites look different.

No, I used the sprites of the death Sprites From SMW and Then got the front mario sprite then Colored the Neck the Shirt color Then i used the front Sprite for the Back Sprite
