Bagz - The Comic [NO MORE UPDATES]

So yeah, you knew this was coming.

If you are looking for my comics, they are at the bottom of this post, and on the last page of this topic.

Anyway HI it's me Star king, with his first art topic :D And it's a comic. Maybe some already heard of that, because I once had one strip comic of this in my signature. Well it's completly different now. So I present you... BAGZ

Bagz. Game over, Mario and Sonic comics, a new king has arrived *is shot* And it's a comic about some POTATOES BAGS (no crappy faces, thank you), leaving in the almost same world as us. They live, speak, eat, walk, dance... And say stupid things. Yep, that's the interesting part :D

Anyway, as you will see pretty quickly, graphics suck. Hard. I am sorry about that, but I think that's pretty original too :P So, to make short things short, it's every comic, a real background, with 8-Bit pixelized bags over that background. Please, do not leave the topic D: Just have a look at least...

So let's have a look at these bags :awe: :

Anyway I think I said everything. So here is the really first comic... I should make one comic as regulary as possible. Everyday if I have plenty of time, if not, it should be longer. Anyway...

001 - Everything needs an intro...
The really first comic. This is not really funny, it's just something to present the comic. An intro.

Even in the Bagz universe, there are online games. And of course people are addicted to that, even without playing it.

Superbag is BACK! Yay! After 2 weeks of no comic.

009 - Doctor Jekyll and Mister Mind
Lol what? Anyway, four comics in a row. This is the first time we meet the Doctor Bagz. YAAAAY

Superbag? Again? Well, if you hate him, you will be happy to see that comic...

Strip Comics? Really? YAAAAY! Starring Superbag and his amnesia.

Aaaah. A good Halloween-related comic.

Nope, not the Suyo way of coding, blowing up sites. Who didn't get in this situation, before a test you didn't revise?
By the way, I don't really know if you use as much the greek letters in Physics as I do, but yeah, you get the idea.

You find that pretty good? You want to have a try, and make YOUR own Bagz Comic? Then, thanks to AlucardX60, here is a Template, and a small tutorial to make your OWN personal comic, starring 8 Bit Bagz.

Tutorial: show
Here are the step to make a Bagz comic, and make it the most authentic you can. First, I use MSPaint, and Microsoft Word. If you do not use that, it will seem less authentic. Anyway.

Then, if I mention Ace's Bagz sprite, I'm speaking of that: Image

  1. Find an idea
    First of all, you better find a good and funny idea! Because you can't start a comic without idea. Once you found one, alright, here you go.
  2. Find a background
    Once you have your idea ready, you can save Ace's template in your computer (do not worry, I promise no viruses), then go look on Google Images the background you would like. It will be better if the background is bigger than 200x150, so the quality will be better. Now you have it, copy/paste the picture in another Paint window. Resize it to make sure it measures 200x150. If it does not make 200x150 by resizing it, use cut some parts of the background. Then copy/paste your work in the MSPaint window, in the black squares of the Template made by Ace. Repeat for each different background you'll use.
  3. Place your Bagz
    Background is done. Now you can place your Bagz. The normal size for Bagz is 300% of (or 3 times bigger than) Ace's Bagz sprite. Do not forget to edit the sprite as you wish. Maybe, for better looking, add a sort of 8 Bit shadow under the Bagz you'll place, like I do. Then place your Bagz on that shadow. It will better if you place the Bagz at the bottom of the square, to leave place to the bubbles.
  4. Place the bubbles
    Ah. The most mysterious part of the comic. Even Ace does not know how I make that bubbles :troll: Anyway, I use Microsoft Word. In Word, there should be, somewhere, a small function to make bubbles. Take it, place it on your document, right-click it, select "add text". I use the font called Comic Sans or Comic sans MS, size 8. Then add the text of your Bagz in the bubble. Copy/paste the result in your project, the bubble pointing at the Bagz speaking. That's easy.
  5. Add details
    Then you can add the title of that comic. I use the MSPaint font called Copperplate Gothic Bold, size 14, in black, directly used in Paint. Write it in the grey rectangle, with the summit of the first letter touching the black pixel. Then add a small Bagz at the other side of the rectangle. The Bagz placed here must be 150% of(or 1.5 times bigger than, if you prefer) the Ace's Bagz sprite. Then you can add, isntead of the Comic number you see in the last panel, why not put 3 letters (Arial font, size 8) that shows who made that comic? (for example, if Alucard ever make one, he could write ACE, or if MKSTAR26 ever make one, he could write MKS , etc...), then, if you used Ace's template, you can add, at the left bottom of your comic, a small note in a nice font, saying "Thanks Ace!"!

Being a bit lost? Don't worry, I'll had screenshots as soon as possible.

So I think I will continue a little... Anyway, here is the REALLY FIRST comic, which is (well, I hope) funny.

Heh, pretty good. . . I like the small comics. . . The jokes are witty and the art is good. But I was thinking you could do some comics taking advantage of the fact that they're bags. 9/10 Keep it up!

Oh, by the way, "SP" means a special comic, that means that one is only special to this site, so if I ever post this on any other website (but it's not the case right now), you won't find this sheet. There, you know everything.
