Hey Star, you might want to try putting all of your comic links in the first post. It makes it a TON easier to find everything.

Anyways, this one was interesting. 8/10

I love your comics, just to get that out there.

But this is what I keep thinking their anatomy is:

Oh SK your gonna be loving this post.

I made

a Bagz comic template. Why you ask. Well i realize that the world of Bagz is as expansive as our own. Therefore I realize that you would not possibly be able to chronicle everything. So to help I have made this template so that anyone that wishes may also delve into this world and chronicle there findings for our enjoyment. I've even made a short tut. on how it make it look authentically like yours. :awe:
Template. Response?: show
Hello.Image

Tutorial: show
First you'll want to add the title to your comic, or maybe later but I'll tell you how now. :3 The closest font I've found to the font used is Copperplate Gothic Bold at a size of 11, or 12 and is places at 4 pixels from the top of the bar, and 4 pixels to the right of the edge of the bar or use that black dot as a cornerstone. After words just add the Bag that best suits your comic to the end. You'll notice a single black pixel above the bar at the end. This should be considered your stopping point for the Bag. while it is only a guidline for the location. Also erase it later.

Now on to the comic. You'll need to first find a background. I'm not sure how SK gets his but it's probably easier for you to get the pics from Google with tags such as "interior design". Don't worry about the size yet. Once you have found the pic your looking for right click and copy the image (unless you want to save it for later use) then make a new image in your editor and hit paste. It seems that SK's backgrounds still have most pixels intact with the appearance that he resized with the Nearest Neighbor setting however if you want to keep the overall image intact rather then resize with the Best Quality setting.

Now we finally come to what should be your last step. Bag placement and text. (and of course text bubbles) There is no real guideline for Bag placement other then they need to be kept at the bottom so as to have room for text bubbles. I don't even know why I added that section. lol. Anyway text. For the basic common text use Ariel at a size of 8 with Antialiasing disabled so you get that pixelated look. For the louder text your still going to use the Eras Demi ITC font with Antialiasing enabled and at a size of about 14.

The bubbles seem to be the most curious part has it seems that either SK made a Ellipse then bumped out the corners to make it look more like a Rounded Rectangle, or made a Rounded Rectangle and moved in the ends a bit to look more rounded. So I'm going to leave this up to you. I personally will go with a regular Rounded Rectangle. :3

Another thing to mention before I end this comic is the speaker indicator, or the funny little funnel on the word bubble. I personally go with a smaller style to save space but if you want it to look authentic you'll have to make is almost a upside down triangle. The first line should be slightly slanted, while I would go with two or three bars next to each other to form a slant it's okay to go with five or more here but remember the the next line needs to be more slanted. Once you have your first line choose a spot farther down. You don't want to go to the other end but don't be afraid to go quit a long distance. Now that you have your lines. Fill in the hole, remove the awkward line left from the bubble and start working on your next frame.

EDIT: also you'll notice the numbers in the top left corner of the last frame. This is where the comic number would go. You can do with it what you will I just though you might like to know where it is.

I also made a basic Bag sprite for you all to abuse. :3 Image

Well, you're getting praised for this comic! I might add a bag to a Mak, Nak and Monster comic!

Hey! That's right! Bagz is back :D

But first, thanks to all of you for your good comments.

Thanks to Ace for that template, I'm gonna add that in the first post as soon as possible.

And to Dark Yoshi and to Avo, of course you can, that will be a great honor :awe: The only problem is if everyone starts to add Bagz in their comic, I'll ask to Suyo or Blab to rename the "General Artwork" forum "Bagz's Forum" :awe: It's my idea I would like to keep it :? But go ahead I just hope what I just said doesn't stop you. Just make whatever you like :D Just not too much. If you really want to make a real Bagz Comic, post it here, using Ace's template

This is getting popular! THANKS EVERYONE! :D

Now, next comic:

007 - Strip Comics

Once again, four funny strip comics in one sheet! What a good start after the break!

Don't forget to comment!

Oh, by the way. Prepare for the great comic... The first sheet of the Bagz Adventure is coming out in two days!

Want a preview? Alright, here is the cover of the story... By the way, thanks to MKSTAR26 for the story idea, thanks to his Idea Store!

Cover - Still-Life

Oh! By the way, noticed that thing in my signature? That makes exactly one year since I registered on the website! And I'm still on!

No-one? D: I'm truly disappointed. Anyway.

I know I am late, so I should explain it. But I think a comic explain more than a long and boring lecture :awe:

SP3 - Late posting

You should read it. I make a special announcement while I am explaining why I am late.

And, of course, this was a bonus comic :awe: Now here is the real one...

The first page of the Great Bagz Story...

Still-Life...

A01 - Still-Life #1

Everything begins... NOW.

Next comic in 2 days (if I am not late :troll: )

And of course, do not forget to comment...
