I would personally think that the "bug report and extra stuff" section in this case would be pretty much completely taken up with "Did they follow the rules?" Loading time for an image is usually not an issue, unless it is a really big resolution, and in that case, it is not really something the artist can control. It's just a matter of whether your computer can open a big picture easily or not (have enough RAM? have a good enough video card? not running a million programs? etc.).

As for the other two, I'd say "layout and looks" is more about your general appreciation of it as a piece of art. Is it pretty? Are the colors well used, or does it clash with itself? Is it arranged in either a logical or generally pleasing way? Is there a lot to look at, or is it too empty and bland, or is it too busy and crowded? And "information" is about the text and other visual information contained in the piece. Does it give you a feel for who that person is? Does it tell you something about them? Does it show you enough about them to be able to understand them in their interactions elsewhere in the site? Is it generally positive or negative, and is that appropriate in this situation?

Any question of points, I cannot answer, unfortunately, and you may want to PM MoD about that, but I hope this helps.

Yeah, I just put the same thing for everyone.. whether it followed the rules or not or how quickly it loaded up. (for the bug report section) Still got MoD's to do :o.o:

Yeah, I put the rulebreaking things in there. I think I added some comments about the overall entries there as well.
