What are you asking for exactly? Do you want to know howto change it? Or what do you want to do exactly?

If you mean a YouTube button, then use this code:

It'll only show the 'Play' button.

Click the little box with your account name, then Settings. Click Profile Setup, and the first field should be 'Change Picture'. From there, choose a picture on your computer you want, or a still from your vid.

Well Power, there are plenty of people here who make avatars. They aren't specifically for Youtube, but with a bit of resizing they can easily be used for the youtube icon. Now, does this thread have a point? As in, are you requesting one, or did you want to talk about it, or what? Because if you just want to know, then yes, people can make "icons", it's not that difficult.
