Here I will be posting assignments and other projects I may work on. I usually upload them to my Photobucket and deviantArt, linked in my signature.

My most recent artwork from Graphic Design:

A business card for a fake company.

Most recent traditional art here (linked due to it's large size).

Most recent pixel art: Image
Full custom scratch of Gliscor.

More will be posted as time comes. Questions, comments, and suggestions are eagerly taken. :)

It's really nice. About the Gliscor; It's mouth seems a bit off. Not sure if it's supposed to look like that, or...

Well, I might fix that and it at some point, it does look slightly bigger than it should be, that's probably why it seems off. Thanks for your imput. :3

When you say "custom scratch of Gliscor" you mean you made it from scratch right? In which case nice job.

However the cape/wing(s) is flat compared to the rest of the image. It needs some shading or lighting. Or at least smooth the outline like in the rest of the image. Also it's harder to see but the the outline of the red sections seems to have a bit to much contrast with the surrounding purple. Making them a little lighter probably wouldn't hurt.

I was trying to match the texture made from B/W, but I do agree on that, and will put that on my agenda to fix. Thanks for pointing that out.

And yes, it's from scratch. Along with this, based from Fire Emblem:

I detest how this came out. Same as last sprite (which I edited).

It came out okay. It might just be me but the face feels a little flat. And the outline of the ear contrast to much with the hair. As well as that weird strand of outline colors in the lower part of the hair.

That's all really. Nice job overall.

The story behind the brain leech...
Spoiler: show
The story of the brain leech began with a chat a roleplay called Epic Heroes. An evil scientist, by the name of Dr. Tom-Bone, was being discussed with the other leader of the roleplay, Phenonymous. The discussion of Tom-Bone's malicious weapons of destruction were the currently interest, and at one point, medical leeches got into the conversation. The concept of spider leeches came to mind, but was suddenly replaced by the brain leech. Once a torture device meant to kill a patient neurally, I took the concept into my own wing and improved upon it several months later.

The neurobiotechnological leech (Hirudo cerebralis) is usually shortened to brain leech, and is mostly robotic, 80% of it's abilities given by embedded technology. A directly cloned subspecies of H. medicinalis, brain leeches are used for the neurological treatment of a patient. Measuring in at about an inch in length and one-quarter of an inch in circumference, H. cerebralis can fit in some of the smallest areas, and in some cases, its offspring can be directly injected into the bloodstream to work internally on the human brain. As with all leeches, this leech is also born a hermaphrodite, but produces offspring once a year with an average of 1-3 leeches. After giving birth, the leech dies to feed its offspring.
The natural diet of the brain leech is blood. Rats and other sterile mammals are given to feed these creatures, and on a full stomach, they can last for about seven days before needing to feed. With the embedded technology on the leech (scientists implant the technology on birth via hypodermic needle), researchers can override the basic need for food and create coded instructions for the leech to follow. However, with this in mind, the leech's survival rate is close to zero due to the starvation of the leech. With more recent experiments, scientists have attempted to improve the nutritional value of the blood they feed to the leeches to improve their outlook, with only moderate success.
The main objective of the brain leech is to inject chemicals into the brain neurally using a hypodermic needle with the width less than the size of a hair. This is to prevent the damage of the brain, yet slip in the needle in easily and inject whatever chemical it was given (through being fed; it has a separate stomach solely for the purpose of holding compounds and solutions). The most common chemicals given are sedatives (though not commonly resorted to), dopamine, pheromones, and other human hormones to stabilize or assist in the activation of certain parts of the brain, the arousal of specific human emotion, and more recently, the ability to override the frontal cortex (more specifically the prefontal cortex) and to release coded commands to the individual, causing mind control to a degree. A normal craving sensation increased fifty times, most people succumb to the leech's implanted 'thoughts' and act upon it. Disciplined people such as monks can resist the brain leech's hold over them and even potentially killing it with their own thoughts.

New artwork of Dr. Dolores Ameter. She is the Head of Chemistry at Blitz Corporation.
Her profile:
Spoiler: show
Archetype: Techno

Age: 28

Height: 5 feet, 6 inches

Weight: 140 lbs.

Hair: A lighter shade of purple than Derek's, it is cut into a tom-boyish style.

Eyes: Blue

Skin: White

Race: Caucasian, French

Body type: Skinny

Affiliation: Villain

Appearance: Simple, Ameter wears a white lab coat with Blitz Corporation's insignia on it. Underneath, she wears a black Oxford collar shirt with a purple and black tie and black dress pants. She overdoses in make-up, wearing black mascara, eye shadow, and looks gothic.

Picture: Image

Personality: Cold, calculating, and deadly, Ameter has a sharp tongue and is the go-to person for retorts and insults off the bat. Manipulative, Ameter can be seen as crowd control, and as a result, everyone listens to her. She is not disturbed on fear that they might not live to see the morning light. However, despite this, Ameter can be easily bored with her work. With this mindset, she can be egomaniac and put a high price upon her head for work. Behind being a nuisance, she can be a potential life-saving ally or destructive enemy to all against her.

Powers: Graced with the power of intuitive aptitude, Dr. Ameter can determine how an object works by a glance. However, this is extremely limited by only looks, where physical touch can yield more results. With humans, she can only hazard an educated guess on their personality, and what makes them tick. As with all objects, her ability can lead her to be wrong.

Weaknesses: Slightly cocky, Ameter's personality can get out of the way. This can prove bothersome to her coworkers, but it seems that Derek can handle her personality, despite being complete opposites. This might be because he never speaks back and he agrees with her on some points, but they can exchange harsh remarks now and again.
Along with being human, a well-placed gunshot can end her life easily, along with other forces of nature.

Skills: A young adult, Ameter still has a bit of energy left in her. Being flexible, she can fit in tight spots and come up with ingenious ideas given a somewhat long time. This time is made up with the quick construction of chemicals and other inventions. Their uses can be determined easily with her given little observation.

Origin: Ameter dropped out of school at the age of thirteen, being unhappy with the setting of school. Rebelling against her parents, she ran away from home. She stumbled into downtown Tangent Tropolis, where she found the Academy. Successfully infiltrating it, she was certain to cause havoc until Ezekiel approached her and forced her into a stalemate, having her comply with his directions. She was admitted to the Academy as a "special needs" child, requiring a large amount of attention and possibly some rehabilitation for bad habits.
During Ameter's time there, she found herself more at home there, and, at twenty, offered her assistance to Blitz Corporation. Ezekiel smiled and accepted her, but it was what he wanted all along. She was a valuable member, and the Academy seemed to tame her slightly, while putting a leash on her.
Some years later, it is discovered that Ameter is Monty's aunt. The two disregard the idea, and begin to bicker, not getting along at all.

I shall be coloring her in at some point this week.

I used Paint Tool Said for this one.
