MS Paint is honestly not a good (sprite) program to use. If you can, download StencylWorks. Use some tweaking with the sprites you make on there and then put it into something like Dropbox, then use the [img] tags to put into your post.

Simples.

Next, the jpeg thing. MK is right there: PNG and other files ate highly superior. Notice how fuzzy your sprites are? The jpeg did that.
But the spriting ITSELF is rather good. It's a tad untidy and I would like to see a bit more but I recommend you keep it up.

Actually, if you know how to use it, MS Paint is the best sprite program. While layers and saving transparency aren't supported, the program itself is small and doesn't really require anything to load. I use it for my pixel art and sometimes sketches.

Well, I suppose you're right, but it is usually inferior to other programs and if you have the alternative should be swapped with something better.

I do all of my work on Paint.NET. I think that it has a nice balance between functionality and weight, and the plugins make it more versatile.

This is why I'm taking a C++ and programming course in order to make a better MS Paint especially for pixel artists. See my Pixcell thread in the Programming forum for more information.

Ditto. All the work I've ever done (excepting one wallpaper) has been on Paint.NET.

Well thank you all for helping, I can't quote too much, but besides Karyete told me about the sprite website, can you tell me a website where I legally do art. :)
