[Konradix]

So, I made a few things and I'll post them here for the sake of reference. So far, these were all made on Gimp, a freeware photoshop-like program. So here they go:

Sora Avatar: show

Description: Yeah I love Kingdom Hearts. Also my first avatar, though not kept for long as Haloween was near... Added some nice effects, like heat and motion blur.

Flame Tower Banner: show

Description: Created for a level I made in a LONG while. I could call it a re-enter to the forums kind of (The banner is clickable, go play it). Not much to it, standard gradual heat colours in the background and some transparency to make it seem like it is really burning.

Sora Haloween Avatar: show

Description: The image you're seeing here is a larger resolution avatar. Better than the last one. Mainly the cutoff is gone. The heart in the background is nice and bright, it was also sorta hard to find a placement for the haloween sora. He looks off there on the side, yet he doesn't fit anywhere else in the avatar. Also entered for the haloween contest thing and it won (together with Nan)!

Dimensional Collapse RPG Banner: show

Description: Thrown together in an hour for Yurimaster's new RPG. You should join it while you can (the banner is clickable). Some transparency effects and colour alterations were used. Also blur for the text.

Jowy Avatar: show

Description: This is another larger resolution avatar. The person in the avatar is Jowy Atredies from Suikoden 2 (whick you should play). I feel like this one is more chaotic. My initial idea was to include the Rune (red sword) behind Jowy, but then I found that it would get covered. Few rearrangements and effects and there you go. Overall, I think it's ok.

Bit Trip Yoshi Wallpaper: show

Description: Wallpaper made for Suyo's Secret Santa. It was based on this wallpaper. The custom, pixelated Yoshi looks fine, and overall it resembles the other wallpaper pretty well, though I have to say that the stars are just off their glow (cause I got lazy). Oh, and I screwed up the last colour.

AOMS+ Banner: show

Description: 2nd banner made for another level I've released (Clickable, go and play). I've actually put a lot of layers into this one, with lots of airships in the back, little glow on the letters, burning foreswt in the background and mario looking at it all from a cliff.

Konrad Earthbound 1 Avatar: show

Description: Here's one of my first attempts at a custom sprite. It was inspired by Earthbound sprites. Looking back at it, it's qiute bland and chunky. Desn't have as much character as the Earthbound sprites. Also the legs. What.

Sprite attempt #2: show

Description: Now here's something better. This is my second attempt at creating a custom sprite. The inspiration was still Earthbound, and I think that these are kilometers ( ) better than the last one. Original sprites were the smaller versions shown below. However I thought making the sprites a bit larger would allow me to add more detail. Also the body would be more proportional to the head (since that ginormous thing is almost the size of the entire body of a small sprite!!). From left to right:
New Sprites:
- Meeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Also a pose with thumbs up
- NantheDark's sprite in my style. The other version has the shirt from his banner. Also the third pose is Nan DEAD (everybody has this kind of dead sprite, just Nan's was already in tall version)
- NantheDusk, inspired by the haloween banner/avatar Nan had. Hair is more spiky than NantheDark's. Also his dead sprite is dark and has a broken halo.It's supposed to make him look EEEEBILLLL
- A sprite inspired by the Organisation XIII from KH2. Also a pose of the sprite holding a fire ball.
- Last, but not least, custom sprite I made with no inspiration whatsoever (whether it'd be a real person or an image actually I'm full of ♥♥♥♥, I did look up some hair things (making hair is hard )). He's meant to have this kinda old adventurer look to him. Golden tooth was inspired by... something... I recall some pirate having a golden tooth.

Small Sprites:
- My sister. People with OCD: her shirt is not perfectly symmetrical. You can thank me later >: D
- Smaller version of the adventurer guy. You can see why I made my sprites taller (he's supposed to be older than my sister, and she's taller than him!! This cannot be !11)
- Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee is a winter coat.

Mushroom Mounts Banner: show

Description: Annual level release also means annoual banner production. While it's simple, I like it. It kinda represents the level in a way, and it's also a nice contrast to the colour of the website and the previous banners. Last thing I could say; the M used was some logo edited into an M (literally just typed "Mountain M" into google). It's clickable (as always).

Konrad Earthbound 2 Avatar: show

Description: Literally just my sprite as an avatar. Kinda a redux of my previous avatar. I like it much better though. Better body proportions, oversized head... perfect. (Also I hope this doesn't disappear when I change my avatar plz So it changed, good to know).

Weird Pixel Dead Land (with Crows/Ravens gathering like Vultures for some reason): show

Description: Actually I think I made those because I saw someone make a tileset using 1 bit of colour, so I somehow did this... not using 1 bit of colour They're not great, but they're something.

Sprite in a Room: show

Description: The Organization XIII sprite in a room made of tiles also made by me (very obviously inspired by Castle Oblivion (KH again)). I think it turned out well, especially the pillars on the walls.

'Sword or Whip?' Comic: show

Description: Made for Bloodstained achievment challenge (I really want that "Silly Cheats"). It's pretty hard to draw comics, I basically re-drew all the concept art for Miriam (Girl) and Gebel (Guy) and based it off of the swordorwhip.com teaser. And it is what it is. I already have a plan for a continuation, but that's definitely not happening today. I also had to upload it to Tumblr, which forced me to downgrade this from PNG to JPEG. As if it already wasn't bad enough. #IGAVANIA #IGACOMICS

Halloween 2015 Avatar: show

Description: If you ever wondered who Kardian is (you probably didn't), here he is in all of his glory (and if you wondered why I name myself Kardian it's a reference to Czasoprzestrzen/Spacetime. The bloody name in the 2nd version is also a reference to Spacetime). Made it in about 3-4 hours or so, together with the background and such. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enlarge him, since the sprite exceeds the 150px by a hair when you double his size. With that said I think he came out decently close to the original source. And as per Karyete's request, here he is enlarged.

Sprite Animation: show

Description: Heey, got some animation things done to perhaps use in the future. The lower quality gif was captured by a program (note to self, don't use ever again), the higher quality one was from GIMP. Pretty much just wanted to show that I have a side sprite and the movement sort of figured out.

And that's it so far! I'll update this post if something new is up. Also if you want me to make something, I guess I could try it.
