Well, I've always been pretty OCD about getting things perfect, so I've been more than willing to just use bits and pieces of other people's art to make stuff, but I've recently fallen in love with Inkscape (Open Source!!), and I am finally thinking that I am making art worth showing to people. It's not high art, or perfect, or anything, but it is definitely better than the crud I was doing before. Anyways, I'm babbling. A number of these will be made to be wallpapers for my laptop, so that's why the choice of resolution. Best of all, this is all vector stuff, so if you want bigger resolution, just ask. I can make it infinite. 8-) Newest will always be visible at the top here, and past history spoilered, all linked to full view on my DeviantArt page (woo! da bbcode!!). Header image coming soon... Enjoy!

For a change of pace, some stock art wallpapers...

Wow. I finished this a while ago, but waited on premission to post it, got permission, then got busy for months on end... Click for full version - worth it.

This is all kinds of fan-art. I loved this so much when I found it as a teeny-tiny image while wandering the web that I decided to vector it, because it makes such awesome wallpaper. I also managed to track down the original artist, so that I could give credit, and found out this came from a tee shirt. These were intended for wallpaper, so they're all 1600x900. Vectored in Inkscape.

Original art by Cubic Designs. Posted with permission.
Winnie the Pooh copyright Disney
Doctor Who copyright BBC

There are three variants of this I'm putting up:

You know what? Looking at all this lovely stock art that other people are doing has reminded me that I too have done some fun things with other people's art, so here's some pieces I put together for my own wallpaper:
