Oh look, the year is almost over and I only updated this topic once in 2017! Yay!
So, um, if your only way of seeing my art is through here, you're doing it wrong. Really wrong, because as you see, I don't update this topic at all. So, I'd like to do some shameless advertising of my deviantart and tumblr accounts, which are updated a lot more often than this topic:

so, i changed the way I draw faces: show 
...And I like this style a lot better. So much so, that I can't look at my previous human drawings without dying inside a little. Really makes me wonder how I didn't realize before what was so wrong with my drawings.
I can't stress how much I prefer this style. Really.
Oh, by the way, these characters and the one in the first spoiler are all re-imaginings of some characters I drew as a kid, when I was like... 9 years old. It's fun to re-draw your old stuff, because only then you notice how much you've improved.

So, I tried Inktober again! Was it a success? Not really, no. I only did 5 days, lawl. But I did manage to keep a common theme between all drawings, being space. And I particularly like all the drawings I made, so yay, not a complete failure.
In the first one I tried to do something clean, simplistic and space-y obviously. I really like it actually, reminds me of when I used to draw these guys with big heads.
I wasn't very inspired when I made the second one, and almost dropped the goal to make everything space related, but ended up doing this boy.
Third one is actually my favorite from this inktober and possibly one of my favorite drawings ever. I was able to capture exactly what I wanted, and I simply love the way it ended up looking.
inktober 2017 submissions - days 4 and 5: show 
My last two pieces from inktober because unfortunately I was running out of ideas and motivation. I did waaay better than last year, so I'm happy. Will definitely do it again.
The fourth one is Spike, from Cowboy Bebop. I had recently rewatched that anime and goddamnit, what a masterpiece. I urge you to watch it as well if you want something fun, well written and intricate.
As for the fifth one, it's obviously our moon. Still wanted to keep things space themed, and it just so happened that when I drew this, it was full moon over here! So that was neat.
Fire Emblem drawings- 1st batch: show 
So, I really like Fire Emblem. I really, really like Fire Emblem. And I'm pretty much addicted to Fire Emblem Heroes, which is a gacha game with FE characters. So,
I wanted to draw the characters I had in that game, to help improve my face drawings, and also because why the heck not?
First one is Ryoma, from Fire Emblem Fates Birthright. I really like his design but goddamnit, he has a lot going on. It was hard to make any sense of his hair.
Second one is Tiki, from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem/Shadow Dragon. She's a cute little girl on the game, and I hope I managed to capture that on her here as well.
Fire Emblem Drawings - 2nd batch: show 
Oh, did I say this is still going? I need to find the time and motivation to do more, but I plan to draw a lot more characters. You can keep an eye on it if you follow my DA or my Tumblr ;)
First one is Sigurd, from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, which just so happens to be my favorite FE game. Don't really like the way he turned out so I might draw him again later.
Second one is Peri, from Fire Emblem Fates Conquest. I hate her character, and hate her design. But I drew her anyway, and the fact she's the best drawn one angers me. I'll change that in the future.
Third one is Hinoka from Fire Emblem Fates. She's kind of just there in her original game, but she's a great unit in heroes. So I drew her, and it turned out okay.
So, that's it. Super big update. Pretty sure this is like, more than half the amount of the drawings I posted here before. I believe I've improved a looot too and I'm glad. Hope you liked what you saw, and see you next time! ...Or not. I may do what I did this year and just forget to post here because I have my DA and Tumblr.
