Hey, I appreciate that you're using the topic to vent it out your problems. But those recent drawings contain some pretty dark stuff; in fact, it makes it look like you're in serious need of help. I actually appreciate your older works a bit more than your recent ones because of that (even though you improved a lot in your drawing). I can't help but just feel bad about it. And if you ever need to vent out stuff, feel free to talk with us in the Chat or Serious Discussion, though you already use the latter, I suppose.

At the same time, I feel like I'm at least getting practice in comic panels.
Also, my father has told me to try drawing my emotions on paper. I can see that I express myself better visually than verbally.

Pain is very human. Some of us have more of it to deal with than others, but it is something that we all share. Pain can be consuming. It can grow until you can't see anything else. It can blind you, and bind you, and trap you, if you let it. Sometimes your pain can get so big that everyone around you swims in it. Sometimes it's hard to be able to tell if the pain you are surrounded by is yours or not. Sometimes we take on other's pain and don't even realize it. Pain gets this big and problematic when it is bottled up. To deal with pain, it needs to be let out. It needs to bleed away, through talking, and drawing, and crying, and whatever you need to do to get it out. Bleeding cleans the wound. That's why some people try to make themselves physically bleed by cutting, or torturing animals, or glamorizing death and even planning and attempting suicide. It needs to get out, and it WILL find its way out, and the destructive ways are always the easiest.

Art is important. It's as important as reading and writing, because it is one of the ways that we connect and communicate with each other. It is one of the ways that we can let things out of us. It is one of the constructive ways that we can experience the bad things in life in such a way that we can move through them and past them. Sometimes it is a conversation that you can have no other way. Sometimes there are no words, only pictures, and if you can get THOSE out, it manages to still make things a little bit better.

I applaud Veso for this art. Dealing with pain is never easy, and there IS darkness within the human soul, and sometimes, we need to take it out, and recognize it, before we can figure out how to let it go. The truest problem would be NOT talking about it, and letting it eat you from the inside. And, at the highest levels, it is something that others have felt out there, and a prime example of the truth that none of us are truly alone. There are others that have felt how you feel, and thought what you think. And that means that you still have connections out there that you can use to climb out of whatever hole you find yourself in, a rope of similarity that means that there is someone out there that understands you, and sympathizes with you, no matter how dark the things you face are, and that is a ray of light in the darkness, a beam of hope that you can follow out into a brighter world.

I don't watch horror movies, mostly because I have already dealt with most of my horrors and moved past them, and I don't need to be reminded in that way. But I have never said that they do not have value and meaning in their own way. Those movies are a conversation with the people that feel fear and pain in their life, and seeing it elsewhere is a release for them, a way to let it out, whether they understand the process for what it is or not. Bleeding is about feeling. You can't bleed and not feel. You can't deal with things unless you feel them. Unless you let them hit you, and let them be what they are. And when those feelings are pain and fear, they can be overwhelming in your need to deal with them. The important thing to remember is that these feelings are not forever. They will end, and you can survive. Feel what you feel. Let it fill you, and then open the plug and let it all flow out of you. Write, draw, cry, scream, whatever it takes, let it out, and once it is out, that emptiness and quiet is a place you now have the opportunity to fill with something else. Those connections out there still exist, and now you have the opportunity to use them bring new and better things into your life. Happiness and hope and togetherness. Laughing and caring, and all of the good things in life. They're still out there, and once you make some room, they will come to you and fill those holes you have been feeling. But first, you have to feel it, and then you have to let it go.
