Museum of Monsters
Welcome to my ever-growing collection of strange and bizarre drawings. Let me know if you have any suggestions, criticisms, or even favourites. Will update with every decent drawing I make.
I have a Tumblr account where I upload these images. I also exclusively put 'concept art' on this account. Any support is appreciated!
Drawings are in no particular order - some are cute, some are creepy. Also provided a small paragraph for each.
A docile species of rock monster called Emereus. Their bodies are mainly made up of rock, but they have large crystal clubs and spears.
A powerful, bipedal beetle with large claws. Their armour is incredibly sturdy but they still move quite fast. May or may not have stolen Golisopod's arms for this one.
Relatively similar bats, but using a day/night theme. Expect a lot of bats.
A creepy plant monster, which uses four heads to trap, expose and consume prey. The four heads are named Seeker, Molten, Razor and Venus - can you guess which one's which?
A large mechanical...thing with a large claw and an arm cannon.
I'm pretty sure there's already some sort of sea creature that does this, but I dunno.
I have to say, I really like how this guy turned out. He wasn't even planned in the slightest; I just wanted to do a lizard creature but was struggling with the head. Might design some more 'helmets' for him.
Fun fact: one of the names I considered for this guy was 'Flailtail'...yeah.
A little crystal monster, with many similarities to Emereus.
An armoured worm with a mechanical appearance. Has all of its vital organs contained with its three 'segments'.
Currently unnamed, but it's a powerful beast with an alien-like appearance. Still experimenting with this one.
A small beetle creature. Apparently looks like two loaves of bread.
A charming snake with a deadly tail. Used as practice for more complicated shading and other stuff.
A spiky (and moody) octopus with sharp claws on each tentacle.
A lilac bat with a ribbon-like tail. Started using colourful backgrounds since the images alone were a bit empty.
An excitable grass snake. Eventually grows into a more gecko-like creature, hence the bad pun.
Here is said gecko-like creature, who has bloomed and become a lazy little ♥♥♥♥ as a result.
A threatening eel creature which stays in the skies, spying on prey.
A less threatening sea creature, this thing is docile and actually protects fellow sea creatures. It also eats a lot.
A timid sea creature that dwells at the bottom of the sea. Coincidentally looks like Cthulhu.
A crossover between a kangaroo, dinosaur and harlequin. Arguably my weirdest one yet.
A large insect wearing a pair of safety goggles.
A tiny fish with vibrating blue patches. Has a gigantic mouth.
