Ultimate art tips and tricks.

I've been wondering about this for a while.
Here we post tips and tricks to making art.

Like:
The paint.net strategy:

1. Get Paint.net
2. Get a color on it ( Windows, colors)
3. Get paint bucket tool.
4. change it to 0 tolerance. (has a blue bar)
5. Make it global, click the flood mode thing. (Click the lightbulb thingy)
6. Click the bit you want re-coloured.

Wallah, Sprites recoloured in 3 minutes.
