Well, while I understand what you're saying, Halloween is not a religion-specific holiday, whereas Christmas is. I think that the level of offense that would be taken to the Christmas themed contest would be substantially greater.

Yes, but everyone understands Christmas, and what the day represents. You don't have to celebrate it to appreciate it, let alone create a level based on it. All you'll really need to do is make one with snow anyway.

It has nothing to do with making a level. Of course all you have to do is make it snow themed. But I still think that to choose a religion-specific theme for a contest would be, whether intentional or not, whether really meant or not, to hold that religion over others. I know that that isn't what you guys would mean, but I for one would take offense to that and would likely withdraw from the contest.

Anyway, considering the amount of heat this has already taken anyway, I doubt that this would be chosen as a theme. We might have mass riots on the forums. It would give brandobrawl plenty to write about. Interesting debate, though.

Er…(thinking of something to say on topic)…how is the judging going??? I know alucard is done as is Buffooner, and last I heard from 24murph he was half way. Don't know about Suyo…anyway, looks like this one might finish quickly. Yay!!!
