No collaborative levels as stated in the rules, so I do not think so. I believe that would also be considered copying other's levels and using a premade level

And using a template is different than a collab.

Sorry to say this, but I'm going to have to drop out of this contest, not because I'm too busy, but because I just can't come up with any ideas for the level. :( Maybe next time.

The truth is, I think all you Level Mods and Mods need to go back to the drawing board. The past two contests have encountered serious problems and have been incredibly inefficient and not as popular as previous contests. I think you guys need to work out a better way to run these contests rather than try to just reboot this using the same formula that hasn't been working as of late.

NOOO! Not after all effort I've put into my level (for once xD). But seriously; some people've already done most of their levels and if the rule of 'No pre-contest levels' will still be around I might as well quit.
