Dear Moy:

The only rule I've changed was the rule about collabs.

All the other rules are STRAIGHT from the 10th LDC. Nothing has changed except one rule. So don't overreact and assume that I changed any rules. >:(

..and I've always hated people have more than 1 level.

I agree with this so much I don't even.


EDIT: I changed the first rule. Even though it bugs me when people make seperate levels, I'll still allow it. Just don't make so much fuss and protest next time you see something you don't like.
