13th Level Designer Contest
Nin10mode here, with the 13th Level Designer Contest.
As you may know, we've made some new rules for Level Designer Contests to keep them from taking too long... Let's put 'em to the test. May LDCs be born anew on this very day!
Entrant’s Rules:
- One entry per person. An exception is a miniature level series(2-3 levels), and collaboration levels.(one entry per two people) The levels of the level series MUST have something to do with each other.
- Your entry must fit the contest’s theme.
- Make sure it follows the Level Designing Rules.
- Try to keep your levels small to keep from taking 10 minutes to load one level.
- Feel free to edit your level as needed. However, when the deadline is met, you must stop editing.
- Ask for extensions only when you are absolutely POSITIVE that you need it. PM the host your reason and depending on the seriousness of your reason, you may or may not be given the extension.
- You may ask for up to a week extension. Sorry, but if you had no internet access for half the contest and really want to enter, you’ll have to wait for the next one. We don’t want contests taking half a year.
- Entries cannot be premade – meaning that you’re level cannot have been made before the theme is announced. It is unfair for those who did not make a level in advance.
- No insults, profanity, or any kind of mature content. Little kids can enter these contests, too.
- If you enter late in the contest (say, half-way to the deadline) you will be less likely to receive an extension.
Judge’s Rules:
- Private message the host of the contest if you want to be judge.
- If you don’t have the time or the attention span to judge at least 10 levels, don’t sign up.
- You are allowed to enter a level, but you are not allowed to judge your own level.
- Give FULL REVIEWS. Don’t just put a number and call it a day.
- Save your review onto a word program. You will have the chance to post it in the topic once the results are posted.
- Stay unbiased. Just because you hate one of the entrants doesn’t mean you can give them a 0/20.
- 2 week judging deadline once all the levels are gathered. If you don't submit your scores 'till then, we'll average the scores without including yours.
- (Same rules apply to backup judges.)
Consequences may vary. Oyashiro-sama is watching you...

HOW IT WILL BE JUDGED:

Is it flat and boring? Or is it exciting and brimming with beautiful things?
5 points: Other
You will start with 3 points, the judges will add or subtract points depending on how deserving your level is. Put anything that doesn't fit in the other two categories in here.
The average of all of the judges ratings will be your score.

2.) Yoshi Boo 118
3.) TheZunar123
4.) Star king
EXTENSIONS:

Star King/AwesomeJRFD:23rd of June, 4pm EST
PRIZE:
WHAT? PRIZE? Yes, I'll give you something along with the 3 medals to boost your morale a little.
Top 5 placers can ask me for an avatar or anything picture-related. Nothing too complicated, like an avatar with ten people in fine detail.
June 20th, 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time
Remember to use the level designer only version: It loads a lot faster than the full game. Judges, use the full-game version if you are picky about music and other things like that.
Good luck! (Heh...)
