No, not until the judges judge the one level they missed.

I think the winners are pretty much confirmed by what I've got anyway. Just because I feel I should announce something to.. well.. not really make up for the long delay, I'll say this:

The #1 average score was 16.

And so far, by the looks of things there won't be multiple winners. There's Only one Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists I can see. Unless this last user gets high scores from these two judges, of course.

And because the backup judge (Volcove) had to take the place of Mario Levels, the judges did end up with only three ratings each.

And lastly, Zunar was only rated by two judges. He couldn't rate himself, and one of the other judges had difficulty actually managing to play his level due to problems encountered in the Level Designer.

I think that's all I needed to say (or should say) for now.

No, the judges. All the competitors still got four votes except for the judges that submitted levels, because they couldn't vote for themselves and we only ended up with four total judges.

Now this contest is over, why that people still post at here? Why that this thing still sticked?
