SMIC has under 4 levels left to judge, I think. Though he's on holiday which isn't a very good sign. :S

If it persists too long, it is always possible to just proceed without them and settle for 3 judges for a couple levels instead. It is MoD/MP3's call, essentially.
I'd like to be done with this as well, so focus can be fully diverted towards the other LDC.

I'd quite happily do this. What we could do is wait till Boxing Day when everyone's had a nice Christmas (and stopped stressing over results ) and if SMIC's still not finished then we'll proceed without him or PM him for the judgings he does have. Of course, we'll wait for MoD to confirm this too. xD
