In the 14th LDC: I was 14th.
I hope I don't end up 17th in the 17th LDC.

You are 8th. Could definitely have been worse.

Think of your score, instead of your position. Fourteen is surely not a bad score! And I'm not joking. I got that too in the 11th LDC. I improved then, and I got first in the 12th LDC. You just have to improve a little bit, it's not that difficult. Use new tricks, glitches, funny things no-one or barely no-one knows or wanted to use. Work a little more on your levels, be creative. Play levels from other people and use them as inspiration. That's how I worked and I improved.

You just need to not tell you that you suck (not sure that sentence is correct). By starting like this, you'll never get to something. Think of yourself as someone who didn't give its maximum yet.

You are not a Level Moderator for nothing.

But the position is the thing that gets you the satisfaction, not the score. Whether I suck or not, I will always be amateur.

When you improve more, you won't be an amateur. You'll be a professional.

Dear God, Amp. I spent last night worrying you were gonna shoot yourself in the foot over this.

Let me just go oh record and say that for me, this was the tightest, most talented LDC I've ever seen. And I've literally went through every LDC. I was highly impressed with every level except the bottom two. Literally blown away. I have to say if they were in different LDC for their own themes, they'd have done well. It was a tight competition. So on one kill themselves.

It's OK, I was sort of expecting it as I didn't really put the effort in. But yes, I did feel really upset. D:

I believe I can do well in the future, I just ... ya know ... waited a while. Only way I can explain it.

But seriously, I go in circles every time. I start by thinking "oh I wish I had a medal D:" then I think "still upset :/" then I think "hold on, I'll show these people that I truly deserve a medal". I'm kind of at the last section right now, so I'm not so upset atm. But MoD, I'm happier for you, you deserved it. I knew you'd win.

I've just read my results from SMIC, and I think they're fair.

I know I'm pessimistic, but at LDC results, my mind goes round in circles.

I won't be online till the 26th (on phone now) so you'll have to wait.
