Here's my judgings, based in three things:
@Fun Factor (Fun): This is strictly gameplay and fun overall.
@Shiny Graphics (Graphics): All about the level's looks.
@Other Thoughts (Other): Anything else that may or may not be significant.

Windy Valley Gorge - 50% Land 25% Cloud 25% Sky
@Fun Factor: 7/10 - Kewl!
This level is actually quite fun. There's a decent amount of challenge in some parts, although there could have been some more platforming sections. There was a small amount of lag which could have been prevented with a transition, but it's no big deal. There were some cool ideas used here. And the main song you used adds a lot to the experience.
@Shiny Graphics: 3/5 - Regular
Well, graphics are good, but nothing extraordinary. You used decorations like trees and other things, but nothing that really stood out.
@Other Thoughts: 4.5/5 - Got some style...
+1 Music is awesome. Fits the level quite nicely.
-0.5 Maybe the whole part with the blocks blocking the tunnels could have been a little more creative...
+1 Slingstars. Well used. And I don't see them used too much...
@Total Score: 14.5/20 - You got potential, bro. Keep at it.

Sandy Soil in the Skylands
@Fun Factor: 9/10 - Awesome
Some great platforming sections, good level design in general... only thing I dislike is that in some places the enemies are more than necessary, but other than that they're well placed. It also irradiates calmness...
@Shiny Graphics: 4.5/5 - Eye candy
Mixing Jungle and Sand tiles must have been quite hard, and the result looks nice, but a little weird... The overall design fits with the theme, there are some nice uses of water all around... Very nice.
@Other Thoughts: 4.5/5
+0.5 Music is good.
+1 DAT WATERFALL
@Total Score: 18/20 - Spectacular job.
***Doram's Judgings***
Island Paradise Escape
@Fun Factor: 6/10 - Not bad...
This level has quite creative ideas, like the multiple paths, and all those 1-ups, and that hard to get shortcut. There's some good platforming, but the problem is that the "under the reef" path is quite short, and doesn't really have much put into it, it's like you focused too much on the mountain way. Also, at the final part of the mountain path it's possible to mess up the flying Koopas with the FLUDD, taking them down before ascending and if that happens that part becomes impossible. That lowers the score a little.
@Shiny Graphics: 3.5/5 - It's good
Mostly good. Excellent tilework. However, some parts seem to lack decoration, and the waterfall at the beginning isn't very well done.
@Other thoughts: 3.5/5 - It is something
-0.5 Same thing I mentioned in Fun. Sorry, but you didn't playtest this enough to realize that, apparently. And if you did it on purpose... well... that's just frustrating to the player.
+0.5 Multiple path idea and two Shine Sprites.
+0.5 Secret 1-ups.
@Final Score: 13/20 - Good concept, but could have been done better.

Toad Woodlands
@Fun Factor: 4/10 - ...umm...
Well... the beginning part, is kind of creative, and the platforming there is good. However there's a lot of lag, and that ruins it a little... The road to Bowser's Castle isn't very creative, it's just flat land with lots of enemies on it. This could have been way better. Also, the Castle itself is insanely short, you can save Peach in like... 30 seconds. It's like you lost inspiration half-way through the level. This idea could have had a lot of potential, but sadly it isn't seen. Still not bad.
@Shiny Graphics: 4/5 - Neat
I gotta admit the graphics are mostly great. Good tilework and good decoration. In some parts it could have used more work, though.
@Other thoughts: 2.5/5 - Meh
-1 This level could have been much better. It had potential. But...
+0.5 Little story kind of adds to the atmosphere.
@Final Score: 10.5/20 - You gotta work harder next time. Effort is necessary for good ideas to perform.

Shines In The Sky Ruins
@Fun Factor: 9/10 - Way cool
It's quite fun, with good platforming and a nice amount of challenge, with the use of the wing cap, and well placed enemies. Good job.
@Shiny Graphics: 4.5/5 - Good job
Graphics look awesome, but I have this complaint: Transitions. At some points their placement makes the level look weird, you have to be playing in the left or the right of the screen... it's kind of strange.
@Other thoughts: 3.5/5 - No comment, except
-0.5 Transitions... in the Secret Room part, moving too much to the left results in you going through a transition and falling to your death. Not very cool.
+1 Music's nice.
@Final Score: 17/20 - Excellent work.

Up, Up, Down, Down (left, right, left, righ*gets shot*)
@Fun Factor: 8/10 - Blazin' through the stars...
Slingstars. You used slingstars. And you used them in an awesome way! With them leading to the next part of the level, to some red coins, making you go through coins, that's actually quite cool. Also, it's a good challenge, with good platforming. And it's quite nice that you placed pipes to return and get any missing red coins. There was some thought put into this

I don't have any particular complaints... But I guess this probably could have been even better.
@Shiny Graphics: 2/5 - Enough to work with
Well... there's no decoration at all, and most of the stage is clouds. The level itself is well designed, but... there's nothing cool, graphics-wise.
@Other Thoughts: 3.5/5 - Yay for extra chances
+0 It really fits the song I'm listening to right now

+0.5 The return pipes.
@Final Score: 13.5/20 - It's a fun level to play... sadly graphics messed up your score xD
***SomeOne's judgings***
¡Vamos a la playa! (oh, oh oooooh oh...)
@Fun Factor: 5/10 - Signs.
Well... it doesn't have much. The first part is mostly flat, with the pits and the water, and shy guys... and probably something more related to graphics, but still: in a place, the sand tiles are so low they can barely be seen in gameplay. You jump there and you think you'll fall. I don't know if that's what you intended, but still... Next, the pipes. Two of them lead backwards, and honestly, that isn't very original and doesn't add to the experience. You could have had them sending you to some other room or something. Then you go on through the water parts, with the maze there... it's kind of creative, but nothing too impressive. At least the signs are cool.

@Shiny Graphics: 1/5 - Sand.
NEVER work with Sand tiles unless you've practiced a lot with them. Seriously.
For gameplay purposes, they work fine, but they don't look well. There's a lot of cut-off here.
And there was little decoration. But at least it's something.
@Other thoughts: 4 - Signs again
+0.5 Signs are nice
+0.5 Music fits
+0 Dat title

@Final Score: 10/20 - Keep practicing. This could have been an awesome level, just gotta put more effort into it.
