Best of the Other Staff(The Other Guys): I'm gonna go with Doram. He's not superactive but he's always helpful. Plus he was the one who started the whole URs welcoming new users thing, which was smart.
Best Normal Member (Citizen Soldier): Volcove, for sure. He's really warmed up from before, where he was kind of the stoic wallflower.
Best New Member *since last awards show in January* (Upcoming Artist): Blackyoshi. Boom. Cut, print, we're done.
Nicest Member (Act(o)r(ess) of Random Kindness): I' m gonna change it up and go Blackyoshi.
Best Level Designer (Screw The Portal n00bs, You Rock!): Volcove. You can't beat the king just yet.
Best Author (Pen and Pad): Even though he's gone, NyansIsAPyro. Wish he stayed.
Best Artist (I wanna Smock Right Now): Star king. He's really professional quality.
The Most Notable Site Friendship (Fist Pump): Although I know I'm included, Sax and Venexis. These two watch out for each other very well.
Most Likely to be a Couple (Endless Teasing from the Bros ): Ninny and Chau. I could actually see that happening, haha.
Biggest Fanboy (Dangerous Obsessions): Suyo and the entirety of indie gaming. He has the dedication to really do something big there.
Best External-to-Site Media (Outside Influences): Osu.
E=mc² (smartest): Venexis, without a shadow of a doubt. Not only is he freakishly smart, he's incredibly wise.
Mastery in the dark alley (Member with hidden talents) Hidden talents; i.e. implying that they're lesser known? I'd go with Buffooner's incredible knowledge of perfecting platformer levels. Not only is he good, he's goddamn surgical.
Every post contains coolness (best signature): Seeing as Star king makes consistent, high quality signatures I'm voting for his career using his signature as base.
Awesomeness at the side (best avatar): Mp3 Amplifier. I really love this one in particular.
Funniest Site Member (All by Spontaneity): Venexis as well. He's funny in an epicly subtle way.

Best Artist (I wanna Smock Right Now): MoD. His hand-made 100% organic signature sigs are just amazing, but a bunch of people follow after him.

Savage Labyrinth (2nd placer of the 18th LDC-Freestyle theme) by Volcove

The Into the Depths / Parasite Queen series is infinitely better than this, and was completed recently. Why doesn't it qualify instead?

I did get worried you didn't like it that we entered Savage Labyrinth, but we were taking the highest placings of each LDC. And I'm not altogether sure why Into the Depths wasn't nominated but it was to do with the duel i know that much.

Neither Dragon Valley nor Darkice Mines are LDC entries either, and 'best levels' does not imply being LDC-relevant whatsoever.
I see no evidence of how the nomination process works to begin with, and the fact that completed only recently might attest to it having been overlooked. Regardless, Savage Labyrinth is both incomplete and mediocre (I intend to properly finish it at some point) compared to everything else there, despite its (unjustified) high placing.

Well MoD decided on the lists and I just looked over them to see how varied things were. For some reason we were going to nominate Into the Depths at first and then I can't quite remember what the argument for not nominating it was. I have it in a PM somewhere.

On-topic: FYI everyone, don't forget that these are nominations, not votes. Nominating the same person repeatedly just gives away who will win, and I think I'd be cooler as a surprise.
