Seriously guys, you should really think of the innocent until proven guilty thing. There are plenty of Members who have never posted because they are Portal Users. They are not spammers, they just don't go on the forums. If someone spams, report it, you don't have to announce that you are "watching them" over chat. There's no point.

ON TOPIC: Spammers are bad, Most are advertising products and companies. (see my Runouw`s secrets story to look at what happens if there is too much spam,) Eventually the site will be trashed with the worst thing you could find on the internet, Crap. So thats why we have mods and report buttons,
