So how will this work?
Well, if you've been on for the Winter RV, it's the same deal for now. If not, I'll gladly introduce you.
Runouw Votes is a way for members to get recognized for each of their individual talents and accomplishments. During the first weeks of Runouw Votes, users are given a chance to nominate whoever they wish for a series of different categories. After that, the upper staff decide which nominees are going to be in the poll that will be opened up in the future. Your nominee has a better chance of getting a position in the polls if you show a source or two; something that shows us that they truly deserve a chance. Once the poll closes, one of us will view the results and hand out the shiny awards that you can display on your profile over there on the right!

Many of you know that there was a bit of controversy over how to handle Runouw Votes to make it more 'fair', and there was a lot of disagreement, even in the poll that I opened up. Overall though, the top decision was to hand out less awards, and the runner up was to go about this RV normally and discuss more for the Winter. In response, I decided to remove a few categories(with a little help from our German gamer/otaku/badass, Suyo). So if you have any complaints, direct them to me, and only me.
