Volkove's level surprised me actually. Probably because it was my first experience with his series, but meh. Was too addicting.

My judgings here:
Spoiler: show
MegaR - Horizon Heights Zone
Fun: 8.75/10
The platforming was very well thought out, good to play and felt like a proper quick Silver Star mission. Slight niggle with this Star, found it quite hard to grab unless I'm missing an obvious thing like the idiot I am. One or two oversights also detracted on two of my seven runs (I'm that bad), but it was enjoyable overall.
Graphics: 3.75/5
While just the tiniest bit barebones, the design itself is enough to look good for this level.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good choice of background music
-0.25: It's possible to fall through here, which I'm sure is an oversight but still annoying nonetheless.
Overall: 16/20

-KT (blackyoshi) - Lacarno
Fun: 9/10
Platforming challenge AND a quiz? BY, you are spoiling us. Gameplay is good, although can be a little clustered (eh, it's 25x25). Enjoyed quiz, one of the questions I had to guess (probably missed a hint somewhere) and another sneakily implied the location of a coin. You sneaky devil, you.
Graphics: 4/5
I loved the floor. The floor was amazing and I wanted to marry it, and perhaps produce mutant human/floor-tiling babies. The rest of the level looked nice, the quiz a bit chaotic on first look but resolved nicely. Did not really like the completely black background, though.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good choice of background music
-0.25: Slightly irked choosing the wrong choice detracted three "Fun Points".
Overall: 17.5/20

Harmless - Darkwater Haven
Fun: 7/10
While a water level, yes, there wasn't really much variety in gameplay apart from swimming around and that made it a very short play. Obstacles implemented subtly might've been nice, but eh - can't have it all.
Graphics: 4.5/5
Relaxing indeed; it looks brilliant in its aesthetic design, but once again - black background. I just cannot like black backgrounds, but everything else about this level was great.
Other: 3.75/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.5: Such a good choice of music, I started whistling Cosmic Cove before I realized it WAS the theme.
-0.25: Just a bit short.
Overall: 15.75/20

yurimaster09 - Black and White
Fun: 7/10
Good gameplay, but hard. Really hard. Either that or I just have lost all skill within the platforming genre, because those wooden platforms and the switch-block ascent are frustrating. This might've been the only level where I just quit. I'm sure if I persevered, I'd've finished it eventually.
Graphics: 4.5/5
Looks gorgeous, except for the cave/snow tileset switching. I get the gimmick of black/white, but it doesn't really click with me. Great otherwise.
Other: 3.25/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good choice of background music
-0.25: Yes, the disabled transitions are good for hiding things, but don't make it a guessing game; I actually stumbled upon two things before reaching the sign that said "Things are hidden in the shadows".
-0.25: May I stress again the frustrating difficulty of this level.
Overall: 14.75

Dtroid - AMW: The Secret of the Tadres Puzzle-Level 1
Fun: 6.5/10
Packing content and cramping things in are two different concepts, and I think you've muddled the first for the second. While interesting, I'm not exactly sure what I was doing or whether I'd done everything at all; the clues were either pitifully obvious or obtuse.
Graphics: 2.75/5
You tried. Still looks quite awfully a mess, though.
Other: 3.75
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good choice of background music
-0.25: What's this supposed to mean? Those blocks do nothing but hurl me into a wall.
Overall: 13/20

Triple J - Galactic Panic Trap
Fun: 6/10
I could not figure out what to do. At all. Some platforms are misleading, there's no safe ground on which to stand on, things are disabled which you expect them not to be, and it genuinely was not clear what you were doing or how. I'm sure to others it will be a fun level, but I just couldn't really understand it.
Graphics: 4/5
Design is good, although I wonder why there's fire floating in midair.
Other: 3.25/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
-0.25: While forced damage works in the case of Bullet Hell (a replayable, linear level), the forced damage here combined with the pressure of a time limit doesn't create a very welcome environment of a level.
Overall: 13.25/20

Konradix - Flame Tower
Fun: 7.5/10
Yes, the rush concept was pulled off quite well in terms of a visual cue, but what really knocked the points off here was all the disabled stone. If it was meant to look like a wall, I apologize but can only say it confused me and made me jump to my death on a multitude of runs. Otherwise, pulled off very well.
Graphics: 3.75/5
Neat, concise, but problems with tiles blending in and those STONE BRICKS aoghlkjfdghskjdhgkjdsfasldfjh
Other:
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.5: Music works surprisingly well for something I've never heard.
Overall: 15/20

NanTheDark - The Fire Field
Fun: 8.5/10
Definitely some interesting platforming going on here - that rising platform caught me off guard, and I particularly liked the Bullet Bill hopping since that's something I have a secret liking for. Did not understand exactly how to manage the last part, though, unless it's surgical-level precision.
Graphics: 3.5/5
Looks great. although a bit lacking in decoration around the upper part.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Decent choice of background music
-0.25: Unfinishable? Either that or a very tricky end part
Overall: 15.5/20

Master1.0 - Unnamed Thingy
no

JSlayerXero - 25 Red Cells
Fun: 6/10
Intentionally obtuse, inaccessible and puzzling levels are oddly repulsive in my eyes, but that's probably just the lack of my inner masochist. Fine otherwise, just can't really get into this.
Graphics: 3/5
Eh. Barren background. Floating FLUDD. It looks okay otherwise, but the lack of any coherency is off-putting.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good choice of background music
-0.25: I swear to you, and I am not lying here: trying to time a jump right to land on something by risk of death is not a very enjoyable thing to do.
Overall: 12.5/5

KABOOM - 25moldering 25ky
Fun: 9/10
This level is hard - but unlike the other hard levels, this was one that made me want to keep replaying for a while. That's because it was a fun, short segment-based little devil which looks and feels like a Mario bite-size level. Or maybe it was because Balcony was playing. But either way, this is still a good level to play - I just have to ask whether the moving-block segment in the upper right is possible.
Graphics: 4/5
Simplistic, but looks good - I like the extremely tall mushroom stalk, that was a good move. Cloud stop-and-go segment could use a little reworking.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: I will personally write a love letter to you for using Cave Story music, and it fits nicely
-0.25: A bit frustrating at the floating-block segment, couldn't complete it there, but just a minor niggle.
Overall: 16.5/20

MessengerOfDreams - Yours Truly
Fun: 8.75/10
Storytelling is a wonderful thing, and I would've almost shed a tear had I not jumped up to the roof first. The platforming is decent, although "<Emelia_Kaylee>: Moy your level's really bad because spinning green platform timing segment"
Graphics: 4.5/5
Beautiful. Quite beautiful.
Other: 3.75/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Good background music, but worked just as well without
+0.25: Storytelling is excellent, in just a chunk of level size.
-0.25: I swear to god spinning green platform segment
Overall: 17/20

1018peter - Bullet Station
Fun: 6/10
Levels like this I love, but this one's a bit rough at the corners and doesn't really work too well - half the time the Bills come in above me and smack me down to Bullet Hell. Wait.
Graphics: 4.25/5
The layout and aesthetic look is nice, and the centrepiece is fun to look at.
Other: 2.75/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
-0.75: Being able to succeed or even get up to the centre again hinges on whether the Bills decide to screw you over or not. Lack of health regeneration is a ♥♥♥♥♥.
Overall: 13/20

Suyo - Actually more than 25x25
Fun: 9.5/10
I swear to god, the fact you grabbed Flashpunk and made a dedicated LD to this gimmicky ♥♥♥♥ makes it all the more fun to play
Graphics: 3/5
Can't really say anything good - chunky, but that's within the limitations of your gimmicky ♥♥♥♥
Other: 4.25/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+1: Yes, you wanted me to add a whole ♥♥♥♥ point for this mindblowing concept so here the ♥♥♥♥ it is
-0.25: Annoying parts involving diving and sliding I couldn't get the hang of the first few times.
Overall: 16.75/20

Nwolf - Hot Box
Fun: 8.5/10
Good platforming vibes, but spinning green platform timing segment strikes again at the bottom and is very annoying. Nice level design otherwise.
Graphics: 4/5
Nothing really notable, but looks good. Decorations arduously placed everywhere aren't everything.
Other: 3.5/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time
+0.25: Decent choice of background music
-0.25: SPINNING GREEN PLATFORM TIMING SEGMENT
Overall: 16/20

Volkove (whom I insist be spelt with a C) - Bullet Hell II
Fun: 9/10
If this level exploits my love of Touhou, then consider me well hooked - bullet hell is an amazing thing to recreate, and you've done it wonderfully here. It's fun, fast-paced, lengthy enough to avoid repetition and tiredness, and only let down by the fact I cannot get that stupid Silver Star. Intentional damage is fine in this case.
Graphics: 4.5/5
Nice colorwork on your danmaku I mean bullets. Stage laid out well.
Other: 4/5
+0.5: No lag or loading time (go, gaming rig)
+0.25: Good choice of background music, although slightly disappointed at not choosing a Touhou theme :3
+0.25: It's bullet hell, and must've taken a good load of effort to create.
Overall: 17.5/20

Well, that was a good LD! Sixteen entrants, all of them with good levels, and quite a bit of jostling and very close scores, in a range of 13-16. I hope you all had good fun, and would like to point you to the 4th LDC, which has had its rather exciting results in! Good night, good night, good night!
