Results should be up in a few days, I just have to get the time to organize all the judge's scores. I'm sorry, I keep prioritizing programming over this.

I will now start accepting nominations for who wants to host the second Last Legacy LDC . I think it should start sometime after the deadline of the 26th SM63 LDC is over.

To be fair, why should a member not be allowed to host an LDC just because s/he doesn't have a rank of moderation? As long as they are known to be mature and trustworthy I don't see a problem with it.

Well firstly it might become this thing like "oh s/he made a contest so why can't I?" and regular users might start being ranked over each other which can cause a lot of problems, and also a consequence would be that people could start making their own because they'd like to host a contest too, and in that case Niklaw sums it up nicely in this: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6

If Runouw is okay with regular users hosting LL LDCs, then I'm okay with it just as long as people aren't chosen depending on how long they've been on the site or how much popularity they have; just as long as we're not being biased. This is why it might be a better idea to have the winner of the contest host the next one, and then nominate someone else to do it if they don't want to/go to second place. If not, then it might have to be just first come first serve.

I dare to say that this would be a rather positive answer towards yuri. He'd definitely be a good choice for hosting one, too. Also can't imagine people thinking about creating their own contest by seeing his blue colour. If I remember correct there's been a similar case with Volcove back then.
