Nintendo has sued Runouw.com

Dear users of Runouw.com,

Nintendo has sued us for using their music and graphics in our fangame Super Mario 63. We cannot tell the exact fee, but it is around 1 million dollars. We will remove the game and the SM63 forums in a few days. They will be replaced by the GT and the Evil Factory forums, I want to add a Level Designer to it later this month.

Thank you for understanding our situation. I hope this doesn't hurt you too much.

- On and don't get counted
The last one is just for admins. And I guess this is what Runouw uses.
