Back!January 11 ~ The Mom EpisodeEntry #1 - 21:25First off, I played Brawl for a while, battling Level 9 CPUs with Luigi on Battlefield with all items off and 5 stock. It's part of my training to face off the Rival when I face him. He still doesn't give a date though...
I'm proud to say that I beat Lv. 9 Meta Knight with 3 stock left. ^_^ I seem to be getting better at this.
In the afternoon, I went out with my mom and my grandma, to go buy my birthday present (kind of odd

). We got a new Wiimote and Nunchuk, so now we can have 2 players.

I was told to act surprised.

Then, we went all around looking for some supplies for her job (she's a kindergarten teacher). On the way, we ran into the most astounding fan. I got in front of it and claimed it was a marvelous fan as I received its wind. But then noticed it already had a name. Written on it, were the words...
...
SUPER FAN.
Don't mess with that fan. :3
Anyway, we went to the square to have some ice cream. While we were sitting there two guys passed by and then my mom said they were gay. And started talking about gay people. I was kind of annoyed because my mom is sorta politically incorrect with some stuff and a lot of things she said were stereotype things. I decided to just not start arguing with her. It's not like she's actually against gay people, she's just sorta old-fashioned in the way she sees them. I guess. Or something.
Then we left to buy my birthday cake for tomorrow. Because there's no surprises anymore apparently. xD So yeah, I felt reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaally tempted to ask for a blackforest cake. Because my mom doesn't like them. And I felt like bothering her all of a sudden. :3 But I didn't. I'm not a mean guy.
Back home and we tried the Wiimote. My mom played Brawl against me. She was... er... well... she tried. That's what matters.
...but I didn't try at all... and she killed herself thrice... so yeah

She still had some fun I guess.
After having dinner, she just started talking about how she wishes she ccould do more for me, because she loves me so much and all, and she started crying. I held her for a while, gave her a tissue, and whatnot.
...My mom is weird. No arguing with that.

But she's a great mom. She's done a good job raising me. And while she does have her set of flaws, she's still a very good person.
So yeah.
One of the signs that we are growing up is starting to notice your parents' flaws.
And tomorrow's my birthday ^_^
Wanna know what happened on my birthday?
