January 12 and 13 ~ New Super Nan Wii!

My birthday yesterday was kinda cool, I guess. There was meat and ham and cheese and peanuts and potato chips and cookies and so much cake :3 However, for the most part it was what most birthday parties are in my family...

My mom talking with my grandparents while me and my dad get bored. We even played Tic Tac Toe with food. :3

When the moment came for me to blow the candles, I had to do it twice because my dad wanted to get a good pic with his camera. However he ended up not getting it the way he wanted it

And then the best part came.

I went to my room with my grandma and we tested my new Wiimote.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

It was quite fun. I mean, my grandma wasn't very good at it, but we still got by. We made it to World 3, and she got 14 continues or so (I also got one... but I don't know if it was actually my fault xD) We played 'til midnight, and then she left.

Today when I got up I turned on my Wii again.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

I continued from a Save File I had, where I was in World 2. I managed to get all the way to the start of World 4. I also did some cool feats, including clearing the Power Up Panels game without failing and figuring out an infinite lives trick. :3 In World 2 there's a stage where Lakitu chases you around. You use a Yoshi to swallow one of the Spinies he throws and spit it in a certain area where it will keep bouncing back and forth. If you stick around, the spinies that Lakitu throws will be hit by the bouncing one, and start giving you higher score, then 1ups. I farmed like 30 lives doing that.

Later, a couple of friends came to my house, and we decided to play in my Wii.

So we started the game from zero and got all the way to World 4, while constantly trolling each other, throwing each other into pits, doing epic fails, knocking over a glass of soda, having one of my friends eat all the potato chips and peanuts we had there, and stuff. We also played the other minigame thingies the thing has. We also won the Power Panels thing. :3 (It was three of us, two controllers, of course we passed them around, if you were wondering)

Then we played Brawl. They barely knew anything about how to play, but somehow it was kinda hard to beat them. In fighting games, noobs are unpredictable. I stilll won though.

So that's been my day/s so far.

January 14 ~ Another Metal Crusader

Entry #1 - 18:30

Today in the morning I trained a little with my dad again. Wasn't as exhausting as the other time. We actually didn't do too much this time. I really could use doing more exercise everyday...

I also drew a neat map for Into The Shadows. It's not the whole world, but it's the part of it which matters right now. I shall be uploading that in a while.

And I played a while of Brawl, then changed the game after lunch.

New Super Mario Br*gets shot for abusing this gag*

Another thing, lately there's this kid who's been pestering me through Steam, asking for weapons and stuff to become Premium. I dunno if I should actually try giving him a hand or not. But it's just that he's so annoying... What do you think?

I've been watching Shingeki no Kyojin lately. As of the time of this writing, I've seen 7 episodes, and it seems awesome so far. Also, if you give me any spoilers, I'll cut the back of your neck. Seriously. Don't spoil.

I might do some more stuff later.

I played some guitar with mah dad. ^_^ I need to start playing more guitar... One of my New Year Resolutions was to play in front of some kind of audience, so I better get my game on

Also, AwesomeJRFD gave me a gift code for Minecraft Now I can legally play Minecraft, and have skins and everything it's so awesome ^_^ Thanks JRFD, you're awesome, if you ever get into TF2 I'll give you a cool hat and 4 weapons of your choice

January 15 ~ Balloon Fighters

Today I haven't played New Super Mario Bros. Wii. That's a change. :3

I finally uploaded that map for Into The Shadows. You can see it in the thread and in my DeviantArt.

And then I played TF2 and sucked at it...

Today in the afternoon my dad and I went downtown to get some items for my mom. Yellow and purple balloons, as well as other yellow and purple party supply thingies and some paper and printer ink. For this quest, I equipped mah Mountain Biker gloves!

THE MOUNTAIN BIKERS

-You'll start giving TF2 descriptions to everything you use

Sorry I got the idea for that while I was out and I had to do it

It's been a while since I last wore fingerless gloves, and that's the only thing I could get at the moment

So yeah, we walked all around looking for those balloons. You have no idea of how hard it is to find purple balloons! We went through all those stores, standing the sun's mighty fires of 30°C and beyond...

But we did it. :3

In the bus back home there was this nice girl playing guitar. She was quite good. We gave her some change.

Back here... I watched a lot of Shingeki no Kyojin. And that's pretty much it

But yeah, over here it's been around those temperatures pretty much every day >_< Wearing sunscreen to go outside and having a fan right next to me while on the PC. I love that little fan.

January 16 ~ Tetris Beast

Entry #1 - 17:20

I spent the morning reading. For a while I've been reading Don Quijote de la Mancha (or Don Quixote for you english speakers for whatever reason, or The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha if you want the full title :3). It's long as all get, but it's a good book. I get to learn some ancient spanish from it too.

Later I played NSMBWii, I maxed out on lives. I knew Mario would appear without his cap, but I didn't know how majestic that would feel I got to the very end of World 6. Then I played Brawl for a while. I'm having trouble beating Lv. 9 CPUs right now apparently... But I still got a couple of victories. I guess.

When I got here I got on Facebook and played Tetris Battle. I'm on Rank 58 now. I have the title of Beast. :3 This would be more of an achievement if I had more Facebook Friends who played this thing though.

So yeah... nothing much so far.
