Best of the Other Staff (Level Mods and User Reps who deserve special recognition): JJJ. It seems he approves most of the levels in the portal, as I often see reviews from him there.
Best Normal Member (Ordinary members who go above and beyond): Hmm... I'll go for Nan. He's been really active. Plus, he's a great rival
Best New Member (Passing on the torch): Supershroom. He's really active, and seems to know more about the forums than some other people. (looking foward a level of yours!)
Best Level Designer (Creator of worlds): Going for -BY. He's doing really well with LL.
Best Artist (Pretty colors...): Raiyuuni. His sigs are just amazing.
Biggest Fanboy (Dangerous obsessions): Raz. He was one of the first to post stuff from Nintendo E3, and hypes about other stuff too, so he deserves a place in this category.
Best Avatar (Awesomeness on the side): JRFD. This gif aways distracts me when I'm doing something else :p
Best Signature (Every post is cool): Raiyuuni. Not only the random artworks are amazing, but the design of the sig itself is really cool.

Biggest Accomplishment (On site or off, we get stuff done... sometimes): Survivor. We needed something like this to break the forum's quietness.
Best Super Mario 63 Level (Can't fix what isn't broken): Sympathy for the Devil. My favorite level from the 25th LDC, and one of my favorites from MoD.
Best Last Legacy Level (Forward into new horizons): Stronghold of Solitude. Won the first LLLDC, and it's amazing in general.

Maybe not as much to non staff members without F23 access, but he's the one staff member who's always there (aside from me ) and is willing to help and is the most active of all of the staff. Although, not saying the other staff aren't as good but he's the best to me.)

You non staff members can't tell but Ven and I are trying our hardest to get everything the staff wanted done F23, since no one else is taking initiative. Ven was the one who planned all of the Runouw Votes stuff in the first place.)

Wanna emphasise Ven for the best of the other staff, because he really is doing his hardest to make the forum better in the more behind the scenes (f23) part of the forum, so I understand it isn't as noticeable.

I was stuck between Ven and JJJ for best of the other staff, but I knew Ven was a fairly obvious choice from hosting RV in the first place, and I felt JJJ needed a mention because he's worked extremely hard for the level portal. Also for best mod- I hope Nin gets this one, I think I've nominated him for this twice in a row. XD

i still don't really want to do this due to probably the same reasons as mega, but at least the categories are a little less specific (and thus being assigned to the same people each time) this round. Gonna go for some more heartfelt responses this time, even if there will be a few inevitable repeats.

Best Moderator (For our outstanding Moderators and Global Mods): nin10mode, for seeming to actually moderate things, despite not having the actual power to really help out. I feel like I would probably trust you the most out of the very few who are left up in these positions. You're active, committed, friendly(?), dynamic, rational, and generally just a good person to be around. I don't mean to totally bash you others (it's not like any of you are unpleasant to be around, lul. You all shine in your own ways <3), but nin has made a greatest impression on me.
Best of the Other Staff (Level Mods and User Reps who deserve special recognition): Venexis, for all of your contributions to the well being and reform of the forums since even before you were elected. You're incredibly helpful, to say the least. Way to take initiative.
Best Normal Member (Ordinary members who go above and beyond): MessengerOfDreams. You're a long time veteran of the site, yet you still refuse to cease doing good things around here. I don't personally know you too well, but I do know that you're an all-around great person.

I know much about the Level Designer forums (especially the SM63 Level portal), but yet almost nothing about the Artwork and Off-topic forums. The current progress of my level is ca. 60%. I need many new inspirations to create my level, so you'll still need to be patient. And even if it's completed, there will be some bugs to fix.

You can still be eligible as a new member if your activity only really begins during the term in which this RV is getting nominations from. (then again, it's not like Droste was ever really active, he just posted a topic about being drunk lmao.)

Also I do bloody hope that people still trust me as a mod, I know Nin is doing the most around here right now but that doesn't mean the rest of us are incapable of being helpful towards anyone.

We all forgot the level with the best ratings in the portal, Star king's NEON CITY - ACT 1 (Remake). Seven fife-star ratings says all. But Candy Coasters' ratings are not much worse (twice 4 stars, five times 5 stars). So I nominate both Neon City and Candy Coasters officially. Looks like some categories will be really suspenseful.
