Oops, got caught up in life junk and ended up letting a lot of things get away from me. What do you mean? I for one am genuinely curious about your opinions; even if it doesn't affect anything this round, it'll be worthwhile to keep in mind next time.

I'm only asking because yeah, there's been controversy in the past, but most people seemed neutral to RV, several said yeah to it, and almost nobody said no. If you want to propose a solution, maybe we could implement it now before things progress too far. :p

Last RV, you didn't like how certain people weren't getting nominated at all. If that's your problem, (then you probably typed it wrong because this is not a problem with how it is run) people should be more active, if they want a certain award, then they need to work to get that award. People can't just post in say..forum games or off-topic and expect to get nominated Best Member award. Also understand that in the long run it's all the person's opinions. I like your animations, they're definitely something that would be in a real Megaman game, but I nominated Raiyuuni because I still love his art.

But if your problem is still how moderators choose who gets in the polls in the long run, (or moderator run things in general) that's already said to be not true. The most nominated people get in the polls. And lastly, the Staff-Pick polls haven't been in since last runouw votes, so the only thing the staff really does is the organizing of the posts.

I'm not complaining about myself personally, it's that I think other members might be offended. I mean I was like that but honestly I don't really give a ♥♥♥♥ anymore.

Again, my only response to the people who are offended about not being nominated is for them to try to be more active. You'll get noticed more.

I'm actually generally surprised I got voted for anything, I didn't think I'd made an impact on the forums all that much.

Well you've been pretty active in the past months. If it continues like this, we'll soon have another Prophet of Shadowsquid. :)
Star king wrote:Best Avatar (Awesomeness on the side): Karyete (that animation tho)

Yes, your avi is cool and funny. Man, that will be another difficult decision for me.
Stoneheart wrote:Master of a Hidden Talent (Don't underestimate me!): Karyete. I didn't know him well enough, but for the past month or so he's shown his kindness in more ways than one.

I also agree for that. You leave a nice welcome greeting on almost every welcome topic.

Thank you, FF.

Nan's sig! From the previous Secret Santa event!: show
Rating standards: show
1 star: (0 - 5.75 in LDC) These levels need a lot of work. They're totally un-elaborated, and/or inherently flawed due to things like cutoff or enemy spam, or they're untested and there are too many bugs gameplay-wise, in short: Many many things went wrong in such a level.

2 stars: (6 - 9.75) These levels are not terrible, but poor. They're too short, lack scenery or they have errors and/or bugs but it's still barely enjoyable. Again, spend more effort and try to do better. (if it's your first level that I rate two stars, it's not bad. There's a long way you can still go)

3 stars: (10 - 12.75) These levels are about mediocre. They may be still a little bit short, the gameplay is fine but not very original and graphics are also solid, but not breath-taking. Try to keep improving!

4 stars: (13 - 15) These levels are nice, but not the best. Effort has been put into them, there can some professionality be seen in gameplay and graphics, they're a nice experience to play, but there are still things you can do to make it even better. Try to go the extra mile!

5 stars: (15.25 - 20) These are really great levels, those which, as said, I would give more than 15 in an LDC. These suffice many high requirements, and it already goes into subtleties if you want to make them better. These levels are successful all around. Bravo.

These are just general principles I try to follow when rating. Sometimes I don't leave a further comment when rating, most times I do, if you have questions about it, feel free to ask further.

Yes. I've been getting twitch emails every other day because of it. I don't ever use twitch though so I don't know why I'm following him, much less using an account there. Probably going to have to vote that now.
